The Dental Board of Western Australia was established by the Dental Act 1939. The Board is the statutory regulatory body of Western Australia responsible to the Minister for Health for the administration of the Act. Anyone who is dissatisfied with the conduct of a practitioner or the treatment they received is entitled to lodge a complaint with the Board. All complaints lodged with the Board must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail and evidence of the allegations made.
