It has over 7000 subscribers including financial institutions, telecommunications providers & retailers. It holds records on over 14.5 million individuals. The Privacy Act gives consumers the right to obtain a copy of their own credit file free of charge if they have been refused credit or where required to assist in the management of their individual credit arrangements.
