Description

The Commercial and Consumer Tribunal is an independent decision-making body for resolving consumer and industry related disputes fairly, quickly, economically and informally. The tribunal also reviews administrative decisions and conducts disciplinary proceedings. The tribunal jurisdiction includes architects, building and construction industry adjudicators, building, building certifier reviews, disability services, engineers, liquor, manufactured homes, property agents and motor dealers, plumbers and drainers, residential services accreditation, retirement villages and tourism services.
