In accordance with section 152AQ of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA), the ACCC maintains a register of telecommunications services declared under Division 2 of Part XIC of the CCA.
The register includes all currently declared services, as well as details of declarations that have expired or been revoked.
