This annual report combines the Commission’s reporting requirements for the 1999–2000 financial year on competitive safeguards and Telstra’s compliance with the price control arrangements. The Commission has decided to bring these reports together to facilitate the Government’s and Parliament’s consideration of telecommunication matters.
