Pre-determination conference for authorisation of amendments to the National Electricity Code, changes to bidding and rebidding rules (Nos A90797, A90798, A90799).
The Honourable Patrick Conlon, Minister for Government Enterprises and Minister for Energy for South Australia notified the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (the Commission) that he wishes the Commission to convene a conference in relation to the draft determination regarding the changes to bidding and rebidding rules.
The statutory proceedings of the conference are set out in section 90A(7) of the Trade Practices Act (the Act).
