The PTRM is a spreadsheet model which demonstrates the post-tax revenue methodology used by the ACCC when determining revenue requirements as part of its regulatory decisions. While the model simplifies the complexity of actual business operations, it will give service providers and other interested parties a clear understanding of the ACCC's approach. Users can manipulate the assumptions, parameters and other variables in the model by following the handbook.
