comply with Part VB of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (the "Act");
not engage in price exploitation in relation to the New Tax System ("TNTS");
comply with the pricing Guidelines issued by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ("ACCC") as relevant to its businesses;
pass on to tenants, unit-holders, property purchasers and clients any net cost benefits realised as a result of TNTS changes;
not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct in relation to its pricing in the GST environment; and
ensure there is an effective pricing compliance program in place.
