The ACCC offeres several methods of providing feedback, you can phone, email or use the online forms. The complaints and inquiries page has all the forms and options for feedback

We are always trying to improve the structure and content of our website. We are particularly keen to know:
what you are looking for on the site
whether you found it
whether you had problems finding it and what they were
whether you had any technical difficulties
if you used a search facility—what you were looking for, the search terms you used and whether the system found what you wanted
how you think the site could be improved.
