General feedback

The ACCC offeres several methods of providing feedback, you can phone, email or use the online forms.
The complaints and inquiries page has all the forms and options for feedback 

If you wish to make an anonymous complaint please phone 1300 302 502.

Web feedback

We are always trying to improve the structure and content of our website. We are particularly keen to know:

  • what you are looking for on the site
  • whether you found it
  • whether you had problems finding it and what they were
  • whether you had any technical difficulties
  • if you used a search facility—what you were looking for, the search terms you used and whether the system found what you wanted
  • how you think the site could be improved.

We look forward to hearing from you.

When sending us feedback about your web experience please include the address (url) of any pages you may be experiencing problems with and a description of what actions you took before you encountered the error. This will help us to investigate the problem more fully.
