Discussion paper for the review of quality of service monitoring at airports

In November 2012, the ACCC released a discussion paper for the review of quality of service monitoring applying at Brisbane, Melbourne (Tullamarine), Perth and Sydney (Kingsford Smith) airports. Interested parties were invited to make written submissions to the ACCC on the issues raised in the discussion paper and on any other matter relevant to the ACCC's review of quality of service monitoring by 19 December 2012.
