The ACCC is monitoring the potential acquisition of long-term leases of the following assets owned by the NSW state:
- assets of Port Botany, Enfield Intermodal Logistics Centre and Cooks River Empty Container Park (together the 'Botany Package'); and
- certain assets of the Port Kembla Port Corporation.
