Where does your food come from?

Statements about where food has been made or grown are found on product labels, packaging or in advertising. Common country of origin claims include ‘product of’, ‘grown in’ and ‘made in’. If you want to buy food from a certain country, this consumer fact sheet tells you what to look for on the label.
