Tabcorp is applying for authorisation, and interim authorisation, to enter into two agreements, one with Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) and one with ACTTAB Limited (ACTTAB) which govern RWWA's and ACTTAB's participation in the SuperTAB pool operated by Tabcorp.
On 10 December 2012 the ACCC issued a final determination granting conditional authorisation for a period of six years.
