On 4 July 2012 Medicines Australia Limited applied for reauthorisation (application for revocation and substitution) for its Code of Conduct Edition 17. The Code of Conduct sets standards for the advertising and promotion of pharmaceutical products.
On 20 December 2012 the ACCC issued a determination granting reauthorisation for a period of two years.
