The Hunter Valley Access Undertaking (HVAU) accepted by the ACCC on 29 June 2011 requires ARTC to submit documentation for the purposes of an annual compliance assessment conducted by the ACCC. These requirements are contained in section 4.10 and Schedule G to the June 2011 HVAU.
On 1 June 2012 ARTC submitted its annual compliance documentation for the 6 month period from 1 July to 31 December 2011. This documentation is available below.
On 13 July 2012 ARTC submitted revised versions of its submission and capital consultation document which form part of ARTC's annual compliance documentation for the 6 month period from 1 July to 31 December 2011. This revised documentation is available below and replaces the submission and capital consultation document provided by ARTC on 1 June 2012 for the purposes of the ACCC's annual compliance assessment.
As part of its assessment, the ACCC has conducted a public consultation process.
Consultation Paper
On 9 August 2012 the ACCC issued a Consultation Paper calling for submissions by interested parties. The Consultation Paper is available below and provides further information on how to make a submission and questions of particular interest to the ACCC. Submissions were due on 7 September 2012.
