Lodging a notification for the private disclosure of pricing informationA notification of a private disclosure of pricing information to competitors should be lodged on a Form GAA and contain the information required by the form. The notification should be accompanied by the lodgement fee of $100. Notifying parties are encouraged to provide a detailed submission in support of the notification. The completed form will be placed on the ACCC’s public register and website. For further information about the public register and how to request the ACCC to exclude certain information from the public register Guidelines for excluding information from the public register for authorisation, merger clearance and notification processes. Notifications can be lodged at any ACCC office by mail or in person. The ACCC prefers that notifications be lodged at its Canberra office. If lodging a notification in one of our offices other than Canberra, it should be lodged before 4:30pm. Notifications can also be lodged by email to adjudication@accc.gov.au and by fax to (02) 6243 1211. Notifications lodged by email or fax should be accompanied by a covering letter that includes details of how and when the lodgement fee will be paid. Notifications will not be considered validly lodged until the relevant fee has been paid. |
