Description of Conduct
The South Australian Inghams chicken growers are seeking authorisation to engage in collective bargaining with Inghams Enterprises Pty Ltd.
On 12 April 2012, the ACCC issued a draft determination proposing to grant authorisation in respect of the proposed collective bargaining for ten years. A copy of the draft determination is available by following the links below. The ACCC also granted interim authorisation. Interim authorisation commences immediately and will remain in place until the date that the ACCC's final determination comes into effect or until it is revoked.
On 14 June 2012 the ACCC issued a final determination granting authorisation in respect of the application for ten years.
