Energex proposes to offer consultants the opportunity to perform work for it (or for it at a particular price) on condition that the
consultant acquires a licence to use AutoCAD 2011, or any subsequent version of Auto CAD required to use Energex's
Design Automation Tool or WorkPians Program from another person.
Energex also proposes to offer to connect subdivision developer's networks to the Energex distribution network on condition
that the subdivision developer acquires a licence to use AutoCAD 2011, or any subsequent version of Auto CAD required to
use Energex's Design Automation Tool or WorkPians Program from another person.
