Register of NBN Access Agreement StatementsUnder section 152BEBD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA), the ACCC is to maintain a register, to be known as the Register of NBN Access Agreement Statements, in which the ACCC includes all statements given to it under sections 152BEBA, 152BEBB and 152BEBC. This website will contain this register available for inspection, and will be updated from time to time upon the receipt of statements of differences (SD). |
