Kmart Australia Limited (Kmart) proposes to require third parties who are or propose to become service contractors for Kmart in Australia and New Zealand to undergo an OHS risk assessment as part of the pre-qualification process. Kmart also proposes to require an annual update of this OHS risk assessment for contractors that have been selected to supply services to Kmart.
