28th March 2012 Closing date for submissions from interested parties.
19th April 2012 The ACCC is liaising with overseas regulators in relation to the proposed acquisition. The timeline has been suspended to allow for this and further information requests from the merger parties. Former proposed decision date of 3 May 2012 delayed. A new indicative decision date will be announced in due course.
