Description of Conduct

CALMS lodged an application for revocation of A91092 and substitution of new authorisation A91276 to agree and set capped fees for the provision of after hours primary medical in the Australian Capital Territory.
CALMS requested interim authorisation from the period its current authorisation expires (the 31 October 2011).
Interim authorisation was granted by the ACCC on 20 October 2011.
On 16 December 2011, the ACCC issued the draft determination which proposed to grant CALMS authorisation for ten years.
On 27 February 2012 the ACCC re-authorised the conduct for 10 years and released its final determination.
