Water Charge (Termination Fees) Amendment Rules 2011
The Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities has made amendments to the Water Charge (Termination Fees) Rules 2009 to allow irrigation infrastructure operators to add goods and services tax (GST) to termination fees.
The amendments were registered on 16 February 2011 and commenced on 17 February 2011. A copy of the amendments and the associated explanatory statement are available on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments website:
