The 2011 Hunter Valley Coal Network Access Undertaking (HVAU) requires the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) to submit documentation to the ACCC for the purpose of an annual compliance assessment. On 14 October 2019, the ACCC commenced a public inquiry into the prices that NBN Co charges access seekers to use the National Broadband Network (NBN) for supplying residential grade broadband services. The ACCC is considering whether regulatory intervention is necessary in respect of these access products, particularly basic speed access products.
On 2 September 2016 the ACCC released a report finalising its assessment of the NBN Co-Telstra service delivery agreements.
