Our new website

Welcome to our new website! We hope that you will be able to quickly and easily find the information you need. We value your feedback so that we can continually improve our site.

The new ACCC website

The website has been designed to meet the needs of our key audiences - consumers, business and industry - with information tailored to their specific needs.

It has a completely new design and navigation to make it more user friendly, and along with an improved search function, mega menus and use of tags, there are multiple ways for you to find the information you're looking for.

Not only does the new website take on board government standards for web accessibility, but there is a strong focus on ensuring the site is also usable and useful. We’ve refreshed our content by using simpler language. By providing advice on what action to take, related links and 'share' functionality we've also ensured there are no content dead-ends!

One of the new features of the site is the ability to listen to a page. This is particularly helpful for people with low literacy or those from non-English speaking backgrounds and Indigenous communities.

The site also provides higher visibility to our most popular topics, tools and apps - and the Twitter stream on the homepage allows you to keep up-to-date on all official ACCC tweets.

Our transition website

The new ACCC website is being released in stages. Some content remains on our transition website while we progressively update the new site. Content on the transition site includes public registers, regulated industries, publications, and the consumer and business directory. You can find them through the relevant sections on our new site or by visiting transition.accc.gov.au.

If you are having trouble finding what you are looking for, please try using Search which will search across all ACCC sites (including the transition site).
