The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) proposes to grant authorisation to Murray Billing Transport and current and any future concrete cartage businesses to collectively bargain with Boral Resources Ltd, Concrete Division, Melbourne (Boral) for the delivery of concrete in the Melbourne metropolitan region.

Initially, Murray Billing Transport also applied for authorisation to collectively boycott, however it subsequently withdrew this application.

The ACCC proposes to grant authorisation for five and a half years, until the end of 2022.

Further information about the application for authorisation is available on the authorisation public register.
