The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has granted authorisation to Murray Billing Transport and current and any future concrete cartage businesses to collectively bargain with Boral Resources Ltd, Concrete Division, Melbourne (Boral) for the delivery of concrete in the Melbourne metropolitan region.
Initially, Murray Billing Transport also applied for authorisation to collectively boycott, however it subsequently withdrew this application.
The ACCC granted authorisation until 31 December 2022.
